David has been an avid competitive runner since the age of 15. He usually runs 40-50 miles a week. He tore his meniscus in the New York Marathon and was adamant not to have knee replacement surgery despite 2 prominent Orthopedic surgeons advising him to have surgery. He had a max stem and now “couldn’t be happier.” He is planning to restart his running soon.
Aug 5, 2020 update: He’s now running 5 days and 30 plus miles a week!
